The Squirt Training Hockey Camps is a Overall Skills Development Camps with Individual skills and Team Skills!!
The squirt training hockey camps will improve your skating, shooting and stickhandling skills, help you to feel more confident in your passing and give you concentrated instruction on positioning and team play.
No other hockey camp can give you all these tools. By attending this intense hockey training, you will work on all the areas you need to master the skills the game requires.
The off-ice program will include resistance training drills, plyometric work-outs & tips to stay in shape during the hockey off-season.
Your classroom sessions will give you the chance to review your On-Ice videotape so you can see what you’re doing right and what you need to improve on for the upcoming hockey season. Our veteran coaches will personally guide you through team building and goal setting work in your Personal Portfolio.

- 1 Hour Game each evening

- 1-1/2 Hours On-Ice each morning
- 1 Hour Off-Ice Training
- Daily Classroom Session & video critique
