IHS is offering 4 intense hockey camps for Squirts, PeeWee/Bantam, High School, and Goaltyour a sniper or a netminder! Each Camp will include a morning and afternoon ice time, dryland, and clasroom session to keep you mentally sharp as well!enders in Fairview Heights, IL at the US Ice Sports Complex August 2-6. No other hockey camp can give you all these tools. By attending this intense hockey training, you will work on all the areas you need to master the skills the game requires.
The off-ice program will include resistance training drills, plyometric work-outs & tips to stay in shape during the hockey off-season.
Your classroom sessions will focus on the mental approach to your game so you can be prepared for any challenge you may face this upcoming season! Our veteran coaches will personally guide you through team building and goal setting work in your Personal Portfolio.
